Vehicle Registration

The St. Croix County Clerk’s office serves as an agent to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation by issuing issues temporary plates and temporary registrations. Please click on the below link to obtain information on how to register your vehicle in Wisconsin and obtain plates.

If applying at the St. Croix County Clerk’s office payment must be made by cash or check only. There is a separate service of $5.00 due to the county per application.
