Pierce / St. Croix Tobacco Free Coalition

The Pierce/St. Croix Tobacco Free Coalition represents the conjoined efforts of St. Croix County DHHS - Public Health staff, Pierce County Department of Health staff, school district representatives, mental health professionals, medical professionals, youth, youth-serving agencies, and community members of both counties. 

MISSION STATEMENT

Our mission is to eliminate the incidence of disease and death caused by tobacco use and exposure to secondhand smoke; to reduce the number of persons in our communities who use tobacco products; and to prevent the use of tobacco by adults and youth in our communities.

2008 focuses on implementing and advocating for programs and policies that prevent youth from becoming tobacco users, protect people from the known hazards of second hand smoke and promote cessation services for individuals wanting to quit tobacco.
