Welcome to St. Croix County Procurement Web Page

This webpage is intended to provide useful information concerning procurement activities in St. Croix County (SCC).  The Management Systems Specialist (MSS) is responsible for the administration of SCC procurement which involves identifying products and services that are biddable items and contacting vendors who wish to participate in bids/proposals for such items*.

In keeping with St. Croix County’s mission of “Service is our Purpose”, the MSS will strive to buy the highest quality products at the right price for SCC departments and institutions while building strong working relationships and opportunities for businesses/providers that are able to supply the requested goods or services.

The purpose of this webpage is to post open proposals/bids for interested businesses/vendors.  In addition, this website will post questions pertaining to open bids/proposals as well as bid/proposal outcomes.

Beginning January 1, 2010, St. Croix County will begin using Onvia DemandStar as their automatic procurement information notification and document distribution system[1]. Subscription to Onvia DemandStar offers your company a number of important benefits:

bulletAccess to bidding documents, addenda, bid results 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For FREE Onvia DemandStar access, Vendors must register on-line at www.onvia.com/WAPP (do not use the general Onvia DemandStar website). If your business currently subscribes to Onvia DemandStar, and the service territory includes the entire State of Wisconsin or a larger area, your business is already included in the subscription and you will not need to take any action. If you have any questions, contact Onvia Supplier Services at 1-800-711-1712.

[1] Onvia DemandStar will NOT be used for projects deemed “Public Works” by St. Croix County’s Corporation Counsel or bids/proposals/quotes conducted by St. Croix County’s Information Technology or Highway Departments.
