The type of online payments that are accepted are credit card (MasterCard & Visa Only) or by E-Check. 

The Credit Card payment charges you a 2.35% convenience fee (amount paying times 2.35%) to use the system.  The E-Check system is an ACH Debit from your checking account and a convenience fee of $3.00 per transaction is applied.  This is also explained in the process of filling out the necessary information and at any time prior to the initiating of the file can you have the option of exiting out of the system.

Once you have entered the Same Day Site – you will be asked to sign in – if you are a first time user – this is the only time you need to fill all the data out.  If you go in again after your initial sign in you will just be asked your user name and password.  Please safeguard these passwords for your protection.

The next screen will be a pop down screen – under other receiver pick – St. Croix County Taxes.

The next screen will be a St. Croix County Information screen.  On the bottom of this screen they ask the following information – please be as thorough as possible.  The one box marked Parcel # is a vital box – if you do not enter the 12-digit number that is located on the upper third right hand side of your tax bill (just above the lined box of the tax information) you will not be able to proceed.
